Students seeking to enter the program must meet the criteria below for acceptance:
Students must meet the residence requirements of the Toulouse Graduate School.
Students must meet requirements listed for Biological Sciences in the UNT Graduate Catalog
GPA requirements are 3.0 for the undergraduate degree or 3.2 in the last 60 hours.
Those applying with a Master's degree must have a 3.4 GPA in previous graduate work.
In addition to the UNT Toulouse Graduate School requirements, the admission committee
will factor a range of criteria, including: 3 letters of recommendation, a letter
of intent by the applicant, a letter of support from the proposed major professor,
CV, and any candidate correspondence or interviews.
Students may be provisionally accepted on condition of leveling courses to be decided
by the admissions committee and the major professor.
